Hardy Pictures is the eponymous film company of Justin Hardy. The company champions Dr Justin Hardy's passion for intertwining history with film. Known for his award winning historical dramas, Justin takes audiences on a riveting journey through the past, bringing it to life with the precision of a historian and the flair of a storyteller. From The Relief of Belsen to Invitation to a Hanging, Hardy's back catalogue is a treasure trove of acclaimed historical storytelling. With upcoming projects such as Guns, the combative origin story of the United States, Hardy Pictures is redefining how historical events are captured, both for general and academic audiences. Born from the haunting legacy of The Wicker Man (1973), the cult horror film directed by Justin's father Robin Hardy, Wicker Pictures unravels a world where myth meets reality. After a miraculous rediscovery of his late father's lost documents, Justin, along with his half brother Dominic Hardy and Producer Chris Nunn, embark on an exciting new creative journey.
